How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1โ3 business days after your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 7โ10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners worldwide. Orders are shipped from the most suitable fulfillment center based on product availability and your delivery address.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes such as editing the shipping address, changing sizes, or adding/removing items. Please double-check your information before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. Please ensure that your PayPal account is verified and linked to a valid shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Do you cover import duties or customs fees?
We strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free. In most cases, orders are shipped with all required documentation. However, depending on your countryโs regulations, import duties or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Iโm ordering from the USA. Do I need to pay customs?
Orders shipped to the USA are usually not subject to customs duties.

Do you accept pre-orders?
We do not offer pre-orders. All items listed are available for immediate purchase.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
If a product is sold out, it may not be restocked. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. If you need further help, you can contact us via email or social media.
What is your return policy?
We only accept exchanges if the product is defective or if you received the wrong item.
If you choose the wrong size, order the wrong product, or simply change your mind โ unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect โ we will arrange an exchange for the same item. However, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
As an apology for defective or incorrect items, we will also provide you with a discount voucher for your next purchase.
