1. Change of Mind

If you order the wrong size, wrong product, or simply change your mind β†’ unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.


2. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the same item.

As an apology, we will also provide you with a discount voucher for your next purchase.


3. Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Products that show signs of misuse, wear and tear, or hygiene-sensitive itemsΒ  are not eligible for return or exchange.


4. Refunds

We do not provide refunds unless a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

In such cases, store credit or a voucher will be issued.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds or store credits may take up to 14 days depending on your bank or payment provider (this is beyond our control).
